I absolutely love this place after midnight! The drive-thru staff are fantastic—so friendly and welcoming, even at that late hour. I often find myself craving a shake between 2 and 4 AM, and I'm aware that this is usually when they clean the shake machine. However, whenever they notice me waiting, they always rush to prepare my order. Great job, everyone! I truly appreciate all that you do!
The biggest draw of this restaurant is its 24-hour availability. It's a reliable option when everything else is closed, which is why I tend to visit quite often. The experience is pretty much what you’d expect from a Jack in the Box, with service that can vary from average to good, depending on the staff on duty. It's Jack in the Box, and they offer one of the best classic cheeseburgers among all the major fast-food chains. The service is consistently quick, and while they previously had an issue with their fries, it seems to have been resolved, as I no longer encounter cold, stale fries when I visit.
This Jack in the Box is the best when it comes to accuracy in fulfilling your order. The late-night team is exceptional, and, of course, the food is delicious—you already know the reason you visit. I was very hungry and thirsty, but they had no drinks available. I found myself stuck in the drive-through, which was quite frustrating. Overall, it was really disappointing.
