I have been a loyal customer of Jack in the Box since 1983. Last night, around 9:30 to 9:45 PM, my wife and I went to the dining room only to find the door locked. My wife suggested we use the drive-thru instead. As she turned to head back to the car, she noticed a petite woman cleaning the soda machine. I believe her name is Alondra. She kindly assured us that the drive-thru was open, which was a relief because I was very hungry! I appreciated her attention to detail while cleaning the soda machine; it was truly refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work.
I know it’s probably the pregnancy talking, but I was craving onion rings at midnight and Jack In The Box was the only place open within driving distance of my work. Let me tell you, they definitely satisfied this pregnant lady’s craving! I enjoyed every single ring from their menu. Oh, and the vanilla shake was delicious too!
I tried the $5.99 special, and it was incredibly tasty—warm and juicy. The service was outstanding, and the restaurant was remarkably clean, including the restrooms, where the fresh atmosphere was clearly evident.
The restaurant completed my order accurately, but I'm giving it 3 stars because they only provided me with one ranch dressing when I asked for several.
