Instead of processing my refund promptly, they charged my card twice. When I attempted to resolve this three days later, I was told that the manager would call me, but I never received a call. Contacting corporate was difficult, and though they promised to follow up, nobody reached out to me, nor did I get my refund. Five days later, my issue remains unresolved.

They close whenever they freaking feel like it! Ive been tolerating them for TWO years closing the dining room half a day to an entire day early at odd times WITHOUT advanced notice. Latest incident (see photo and time of this review) shows they were supposed to be open until 4pm but alas, they change there freaking minds cus like, who GAF's!A/C has not been fixed (or turned on) in over NINE MONTHS! Are they being cheap to save electric? I dont know any other JIB Franchisee that goes to these extremes.
Food is as expected when going to Jack in the Box. The woman who took our order was barely understandable and she didn't even let us finish stating our order. I gave her my card and she said it declined. I told her to try again and then she asked for my PIN number so she could put it in herself! That was completely inappropriate and hopefully she's either given more training or is let go.
I moved here recently so I don't know much about others experiences but coming from la this place was very special haha and homey because the food was so good. The tacos were nice and crispy. The jalapeño poppers was hot cheesy and crunchy. The jumbo jack was good too. This is how fast food should taste and la is really bad compared to how fast food in this area tastes.

I cannot support a restaurant that won’t let anyone use the restrooms. I would prefer if they simply stated that the restrooms are for customers only; I would be happy to make a purchase. But to just claim that both restrooms are out of order? Come on.
Awful service and cold food. I can't believe they ran out of tacos. Plus, they closed earlier than the time displayed on the drive-thru window!
Too many college students and loud too! I don't want to hear their conversations about the STD'S..... COME ON KIDS!
Nice hot and fresh bacon double cheeseburger and curly fries. Good stuff.
