I ordered a breakfast combo, meat lovers burrito with hash browns and an orange juice...... no one else in line at the drive thru..... I got a bag with a burger and fries in it, and had to ask for the OJ, which he handed me. You'd think thered be somechecking of the food and order, at least at the point of a customer saying there's a drink, but not today. The fries weren'tterrible, so here's an extra star, Jack.
What a joke of a place. I feel bad for Lodi because it only has 2 of these locations but the wait time is just ridiculous. The workers are only able to focus on one order at a time, which would make sense for literally any other industry, but fast food?! There’s no reason to be waiting 30+ minutes in line for a burger and fries.YOURE NOT REINVENTING THE WHEEL!! Just be more efficient!!
Went thru drive thru and ordered a ultimate cheese burger When I got home it was a chicken sandwich Nothing close to what I ordered and I don’t eat chicken They weren’t busy but they were quick to get us out of the drive thru Thanks for nothing
I ordered the sourdough jacks but received bacon bits instead of bacon without any prior warning. It was really unpleasant. I recommend going to the location on Lodi Ave instead. Trust me on this. Réservez une table maintenant
All my food was not fresh. Fries were cold,chicken sandwich was cold and dry also tacos were cold. I should've checked my food before I got home.I will not return to this Jack in the Box.
this fast food gem in the Safeway lot has been absolutely consistent for almost 15+yrs!! same staff it seems AND great service..made it thru pandemic!!
Food was ready about five minutes after I ordered it. The tables were a bit messy, however. Update (6/28/22). The link provided does not work.
