Drive thru- what else can the customer do? 1. I said repeatedly I want a CHEESEBURGER HOLD THE KETCHUP.. I am allergic to ketchup! Jacks reply: we use Jacks sauce so there’s No ketchup on it.. I’m not one to normally leave reviews but here I am in my truck at 6:20 am. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, well I got a bacon egg and cheese. Normally no big deal but the amount of grease coming through the wrapper was atrocious. Also I take one bite and the biscuit was like biting into a rock, and the bacon was non existent, except for one little piece. Needless to say I ended up throwing it away. I’ve given this jacks a couple of tries and each time has been downright disappointing. I don’t want a reply saying... sorry email this so and so and we’ll make it right… get it right the 1st or second or even third.
Dirty, really dirty, the restrooms have not been serviced or maintained in years, their food tastes old, the chicken strip tasted like they had been cooked 3 or 4 times it very old and burnt grease. The cashier was not pleasant and the kitchen staff were yelling at each other and the manager. Jacks used to be good. Not any longer.

I dined here in the dining room in October 2020 and had a fantastic experience. The ordering process was quick and effortless, and the food was served hot and promptly. It was simply perfect—everything I could have hoped for. The staff were wonderful, and the dining area was clean and well-maintained.
Went through drive through and got a number one and it was cold to the touch. Went back through drive thru, told them the issue. Was told to pull up and was given another burger. This one was even colder, like out of a fridge cold. Unacceptable.
I wanted fries, but last time they were extremely salty...This time hostess said she get me some out of fryer b4 they salt them. Great....only that didn 't happen. again served very salty fries...could not eat them.
The restaurant has large posters advertising their new peanut butter cookie shake. I went in to order one, but was told they didn't have that flavor available. If that's the case, then please take down the poster!

Biscuits fell apart and hash rounds were not round. They were crumbles of mess.
