I visited this restaurant twice yesterday. The first time was around 8 a.m. for coffee, and the second time was at approximately 10:15 a.m. for two breakfast sandwiches. During my first visit, I ordered two large coffees, each with 10 creamers and 10 sugars. However, I only received a bag containing 6 creamers and 6 sugars total.
On my second visit, I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes before I could place my order. The woman on the speaker advised against ordering biscuits, saying there was a hold on them for "one minute." We decided to order two big breakfast sandwiches without mayo, but then the staff informed us...
I don’t visit this restaurant frequently, but I had lunch there yesterday. The burger was decent, and the fries were fresh. However, you need to bring your cup back to the register for a refill, and condiments are available only by request. I also had to look around for napkins. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wanted another drink and the register was quite busy. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
Had to sit in drive thru for over 30 min at 10:30 am on a Saturday. We get to order and the lady was rude and told us not to order biscuits because there was a hold on biscuits. When we ordered the breakfast sandwich instead she tells us we can't havethem without mayo. We don't go to the Jack's in Ripley because of this exact reason. I guess this will be our last time at aJack's because they're always so rude.
I have to say, the food is good, but that's not the reason I rated this place a 5. I gave it a 5 because the employees are incredibly nice. Seriously! Especially at the drive-thru. Fast food workers often don’t get enough recognition, but this team is consistently excellent. I always place special orders, and they get it right every time. I really appreciate you all!

I don't eat there often but had lunch there yesterday. The burger was ok and the fries were fresh. You have to bring your cup back to the register for a re fill and you have to ask for condiments. I had to go searching for napkins. It was ok but Iwanted more drink but the register was busy. The employees were friendly. It was a nice restaurant.
The Cashier was very nice. The Hamburger and Fries were good and the shake was too. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the Hamburger was supposed to have lettuce, pickles, tomatoes on it and all i had was cheese. I didn't feel like complaining because it was good plain and they were busy. Overall I would stop there again if ever in Alabama.
5 STARS. I ordered the chicken nuggets, and as soon as I tasted them, I thought for sure that sweet baby Jesus had cooked them in the Deep Fryer of Heaven and sent them down for the wonderful angels at Jack's to serve alongside fries, a cookie, and HI-C! Absolutely commendable!
I visited Jack's in Walnut, MS, and found it to be a clean establishment with friendly staff. The prices were reasonable, and the food was tasty. However, I found the burgers to be on the small side, and I was still hungry when I hit the highway again.

French fries were way over cooked and the chicken was dry as sawdust. I've ate at a lot of Jacks in Alabama and the food was always much better.
Excellent food! Fantastic staff! This is the cleanest Jack's I've ever visited!
