The only positive aspect of our visit was the customer service and our server; everything else was disappointing. It was clear that the food was either frozen or not fresh. The noodles were overcooked, and the vegetables were undercooked. Our potstickers were burnt on the bottom, and the filling tasted like processed canned meat—just unappetizing! My chicken dish was undercooked and lacked any crispiness. I suspect all the food comes from packets or cans, as there’s no way it was prepared fresh. The fried rice had no flavor whatsoever. We paid a lot for our meals, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the food upset my wife’s stomach. We won’t be returning.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant; I didn't expect it to be good, especially since I'm quite picky and try to eat healthily. I had the wonton soup, shrimp lettuce wraps, and the beef skewer appetizer, and everything was delicious. I'm not sure if it was as healthy or low-calorie as I would have preferred, but it was very enjoyable. They also serve hot sake, which was a nice touch—I love having hot sake with Asian food! Everything was fresh and tasty. I'm unsure about the use of MSG, as I think most Asian restaurants use it unless they're serving sushi, but overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.
I typically go for Combination C from the dinner menu, and it’s always satisfying. However, I do agree with another reviewer that the fried rice could use a bit more seasoning. On the flip side, the egg flower soup and sweet and sour pork are consistently delicious. I'm a big fan of the Moo Goo chicken; the sauce is wonderful. The service at Jade is outstanding! The staff is fantastic!
This is, hands down, the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The staff are extremely nice. The place is clean. If your reading these reviews trying to decide if you want to go, GO! You will not leave hungry, the portions are huge!

The food was amazing! The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed a fantastic poo poo platter for three, along with sweet and sour pork, Mongolian beef, and fried rice.

The staff was helpful, the food was decent, and the portions were large. We only ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the service in the restaurant.
