I visited jarrah bar cafe to try out their new huge vegan menu with over 20 vegan options! I was so impressed to find out that they all make their vegan food from ground on, including: vegan chorizo, nduja sausage, chicks, vegan bark and burger, vegan cheese, vegan cream and even a vegan blue cheese dip! I ordered: vegan mad **** wings $8 (with spicy crazy **** sauce and blue cheese dip) these are austern mushrooms and have a great texture! the crumb was also light and crispy, without being too oily, and the sauces were a great accompaniment. wild mushroom gnocchi $32 this is a bit higher than the other elements on the vegan menu due to the ingredients used, but it is totally worth it! the g...
The restaurant is a spacious pub offering a wide variety of vegan dishes. I tried the flavorful spicy chorizo gnocchi, which had a nice bit of heat. It was accompanied by a creamy blue cheese sauce that didn't taste like traditional blue cheese, but was still delicious. My partner ordered the burger and loved it. We also enjoyed the mushroom wings as a starter, which were excellent. Our non-vegan family members who joined us for lunch also had a positive experience. The restaurant is conveniently located near the water and has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Large pub with an extensive vegan menu. I had the spicy chorizo gnocchi that was delicious and had a nice kick. It was served with a few puppets of blue cheese sauce that did not taste like blue cheese, but it was quite delicious. My partner had the burger and said it was great! We shared the mushroom wings for duck and these were also great. Our non vegan family with whom we had lunch, also enjoyed this It is in a good location near the water and had a beautiful mood and homelike feeling
I’ve always loved Jarrah as a venue for a drink or two, but now with the addition of an extensive, and well thought out vegan menu, I’m more of a regular than I was before. Everything I tried was cooked perfectly, flavours were great and service was prompt. FYI: on Fri/Sat nights it does get busy, so if you want a good table, get in early!! Réservez une table maintenant
I loved Jarrah’s atmosphere. This is a new favourite! So many options to try I had the cauliflower wings and gnocchi. Delicious! Yes can’t wait to go back. They have a full separate vegan menu. This is a great place to meet up with friends and make sure that you’ll have a proper menu to choose from.
