I had a really bad experience at this restaurant; if I could rate them with zero stars, I definitely would. I usually only write reviews when I've received outstanding service, whether at a restaurant, spa, or any other place. Occasionally, I leave feedback after a less-than-satisfactory experience in hopes that things might get better. Unfortunately, this was one of those disappointing situations. When I entered, I wasn't greeted whatsoever. Then, while trying to place my order—note that it was my first visit and I won’t be returning—I felt completely lost regarding the menu and my options.
not so long. the owner would not reveal the ingredients in his bagels, I feared to steal his recipe! this makes it impossible for people with allergies or other nutritional problems to know if they can eat his holy bagels. that appears illegal and even if it is not. it's ridiculous. restaurants and food in the shops always make their ingredients available. Why does he not have to do this? his posture was very paranoid and not helpful. I would never buy anything from someone who keeps his deeds secret!
5 star experience. Staff is very friendly and personable. The customer next to me was raving about his food and is a regular customer. It’s clear that this business prides itself on making connections with customers that become loyal guests. There is a large variety of options to choose from and it is an exceptionally clean establishment. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the bloomfield hills area for breakfast or lunch.
We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches were fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home, going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our visit. We loved it so much that we even recommended they consider opening a location in Rochester Hills!

The bagels here are quite large, and the tuna is tasty, although I personally prefer the flavor and selection at the Farmington location. I would definitely come back more frequently if getting four bagels and one container of tuna didn't set me back $40. That's not exactly budget-friendly!

Amazing wraps! I love this place. The only thing they could improve on is when I call my order in while I'm working I usually have to wait longer then they say ove the phone my food is rarely ready when I come to get it, but they are worth the wait.
