will not be returning to THIS store! they messed up our order today (husband picked it up) then when we discovered it was wrong he went back to have it corrected. Not only did they charge him for their mistake, the two employees (a boy and girl) were standing there cooking the sandwich and talking about him IN FRONT OF HIM!! Not only is this behavior unprofessional ... they were also talking about doing percocets. although this is a relatively New Jersey Mikes in the area, they have gone down quickly. have messed up our order a number of times and now harassment from their staff.... that's an easy no for our family.
My kids absolutely love dining at Jersey Mike's for dinner. The staff working in the evenings are always polite and friendly towards my little ones. I was having a hard time deciding what to order, and the older gentleman with the tattoos made an excellent suggestion that has now become my favorite! The two younger employees wrapped up the experience by giving my girls a complimentary cookie, which was the highlight of their night! The service was fantastic, and the food bar was clean, which is a big plus for me. We've definitely made it a weekly tradition!
I believe Luke is the manager, and the rest of the staff were fantastic. It was the first time in a long time that I've truly enjoyed ordering food. They made the experience for my wife and me very enjoyable and memorable. I give it five stars!
Jersey Mike's is truly the best sandwich shop around. The location on Old Bridge Rd. is fantastic; they really pay attention to any special requests for your subs. I find myself going there twice a week. Thanks, David Blackmon!

Nope since I don’t eat pork I asked him to clean the blade. Nope nope nope like seriously not this location it ain’t worth it.
