I wish I could give you guys 0 stars! DO NOT EAT AT THE NEW CARROLLTON LOCATION!!! I came into the store like I don’t faithfully 3-4 times a week, on 1-12-22 I order a chipotle sub the chicken was black and my sandwich had mushrooms which I’m not allowed to have) the young man was there that normally makes my sandwich but was dealing with another customer so another young man made my food he was rude and that was uncalled for because I asked him to cut my sandwich in half after the fact he caught an attitude and was saying slick stuff out his mouth I never seen this guy before he has a kid in play hairstyle tall and slim on the feminine side) don’t let him make your sandwich! I called first to place my order, they answered the phone and then put me on hold, when they picked up to receive my order, they just hung up. I called back and it went to an answering machine about 3 times. He went to the place, called me to place the order again. This place still got the order wrong. They just don’t care about their customers. Please do not go to this Jers ey’s Mike’s in New Carrollton Md

I am sorry I thought I was Getting a Philly Tuesday I am from the Philadelphia area but this was nothing like ithere's nothing like it I'm sorry but I will never go back to Jersey Mike's again If I want a philly cheesecake I will have to go there to get it or go to Chester Pennsylvania and get one

You guys need to pay more attention to your paytrons like shoving the nasty attitudes ...and turn the music down so a customer can be heard ...and stop being so selfish with the meats and cheeses that should go on a GREAT sub !!! Pay close attention to whom you HIRE ...

Music in the store is kept on way too loud for communication between customers and staff. Everyone has to yell and repeat their orders multiple times to store associates. Really awkward and dumb, but otherwise the service is fine.

Very good store to get subs made. Always fresh and packed !! I wouldn 't hesitate to come back or refer them to others. The Annapolis Rd. Jersey Mike 's are worth checking out !!

Clean location and everything fresh. Just don’t order no hot sub because your sub will be soggy. Every time I get a cheesesteak, I get home to a soggy sub

I’m having terrible communication issues with the current manager Chris Martin. He is rude to his employees and needs more training or to step down

Great food great service! I only saw 2 employees but the store was clean, and the line moved quickly. It wasn't a long wait.
