I wish I could give you guys 0 stars! DO NOT EAT AT THE NEW CARROLLTON LOCATION!!! I came into the store like I don’t faithfully 3-4 times a week, on 1-12-22 I order a chipotle sub the chicken was black and my sandwich had mushrooms which I’m not allowed to have) the young man was there that normally makes my sandwich but was dealing with another customer so another young man made my food he was rude and that was uncalled for because I asked him to cut my sandwich in half after the fact he caught an attitude and was saying slick stuff out his mouth I never seen this guy before he has a kid in play hairstyle tall and slim on the feminine side) don’t let him make your sandwich! Today's customer service at the restaurant was terrible. I walked in first and there was no one in line, but no one approached me to take my order. Instead, the employees were all talking behind the counter. When a man and his son walked in behind me, the employees immediately asked them if they wanted to place an order. I tried to be patient and understanding. However, one of the employees then told me to go around as if I had cut the line. I explained that I had been waiting there first, but he insisted that I was in the wrong place in front of the cheese slicer. This place is not for me. I know A LOT of people who like the sandwiches here but I just prefer something else. Staff was friendly and cared when I said it was my first time. They let me take my time and made suggestions without irritation. Even as I am writing this I have raised the stars from 2 to 4. I thought food was just okay but you may not. Please try it for yourself.

This restaurant is superior to my nearby Jersey Mike's. Here, you can watch as your Philly cheesesteak is prepared, unlike at the location in my area 27106, where they make it out of view in the back. Réservez une table maintenant

Very good store to get subs made. Always fresh and packed !! I wouldn 't hesitate to come back or refer them to others. The Annapolis Rd. Jersey Mike 's are worth checking out !!
