I have not been a sub sandwich eater for most of my life. I am over 50. I went to the Oak Brook Terrace location to get my wife her favorite original Italian on white. I decided to try a Philly cheese steak on white. It was the best new thing I've eaten in my life. Alecia who manages the location was so nice and accommodating. We have a franchise near our house but I will always go see Alecia for all future orders. They know what they are doing. I went back again last night and got another of our same order. The subs from Jersey Mike's are always delicious! The meat is unbelievably fresh! The bread veggies are also very fresh.Considering the crowd on a weekday for lunch, they are very fast! The only negative I can mention is that there isn't a location near where I live. I can only visit when I'm near one for an appointment.

I ordered two BLTs, but neither of them had any tomatoes. It was just bacon and lettuce. Additionally, half of the fountain drinks were out of service, and the unsweetened tea tasted awful—like rotten eggs. I would rate this a 0/10 and do not recommend it.
Subs are a bit pricey, but worth it! These are stuffed with meat and all the fixin's! I love the chicken bacon ranch and the chicken club and the Italian. The breads are always fresh and soft, the one BAKED with cheese?? THE BEST.
The customer service is outstanding, and the tuna is absolutely incredible—fresh and delicious! The restaurant is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it; you can always expect fresh and tasty dishes!
Don't operate during regular business hours, stop answering phone around 8:20, turn off lights and lock doors at 8:40, maybe they should tell customers they close at 8

Don't eat them often, trying to cut back. Sandwich was delicious. Nice portion all around. AwesomeParking: Even found a shaded area, cool breeze ate in my car.
Even though it's more expensive than Subway but it tastes so much better that I stopped eating at Subway I recommend the turkey sub
