My wife’s birthday dinner with overnight stay at the Julian Hotel. Food was very good but our romantic dinner for two was overwhelmed by two large tables of celebrating their graduations. Although a happy occasion for sure the noise and drunken speeches did take the edge off our evening. Service was also slow which again I feel was connected to having to cater for these two large parties. The staff did recognize the problem but did not offer to relocate us, although they did comp us a free brownie dessert! Value for money? yes but just as mentioned great food but service was lacking on this occasion

didn't realize the menu was so small for lunch, would have been nice to have more options. still super pretty and the food they did offer was delicious

I hate writing bad reviews. The service was very bad and they basically kept us waiting for hours. Staff up! Consider
