I have consistently experienced rude service whenever I order from this restaurant. I decided to give it another chance today, but the experience was unbelievable. I live just 1.8 miles away, and after waiting more than 30 minutes for my order, I called to check on its status. The young woman who answered didn't introduce herself and seemed clearly irritated to take my call. When I asked about my order, she interrupted me, stating that the driver had multiple deliveries and that mine was on the way, without even asking for my name or any details about my order. I understand they may be busy, but it's essential to treat customers with respect.
It's so frustrating—this is the third time in a row that I've ordered from this Jimmy John's and they messed up my order! The first time I called to complain today, they kept reminding my husband three times that he needs to return the incorrect sandwich. We don’t even want it in the first place! Then, the replacement sandwich they made for us was wrong again! I heard my husband repeat his order exactly twice. If you can't listen properly, please let someone else take the call!
It's obvious the restaurant is understaffed, but the team is definitely trying their best. I've been a regular lunch customer, and sadly, nearly every order I've placed in the past month has been missing items. Today, my sandwich arrived without tomatoes, cucumbers, or mustard, making for a rather strange combination. At least it was better than the time I got only tuna and onions on bread!

The restaurant didn't open until 10:30, which I understand, but the way I was treated was disappointing. A staff member greeted me with a frustrated expression and told me they wouldn't open until that time. It would be better to keep the doors closed until opening rather than displaying rudeness to paying customers.
"Honestly, I know it’s just food, but we waited over an hour for sandwiches that were soggy, with the bread practically dripping. On top of that, our chips were missing. Last week, we also encountered missing items. It’s frustrating to find straws and other things absent too. Come on, this is basic service!"
I saw a commercial for wraps at Jimmy John's, so I immediately went to get one, but of course, they didn’t have any on the menu! I really hate when that happens!
It took an hour and 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and to make matters worse, the bread was burnt. I recommend ordering from a different restaurant.
