I ordered a sandwich for delivery at 11:15, and it’s now 12:25, yet I still haven't received it. My order has been out for delivery for over 20 minutes, and my office is just 5 minutes away. I attempted to leave feedback online, but the website wasn’t functioning. This isn’t the first time I've faced this issue. I've tried to be patient, but after today, I won't be ordering again. This is unacceptable. "Freaky Fast"? Definitely not.
The food is generally good, but I noticed there seemed to be less meat on my sandwich than I anticipated—though I might be wrong about that. My main issue was that the bacon was served cold. Is this a new trend? I've never had cold bacon on a sandwich before. Even Subway heats theirs up! If this is now your standard practice, I suggest informing customers. With food prices so high these days, we at least deserve crispy bacon!
Excellent prices, delicious bread, and amazing sandwiches! Your subs are absolutely addictive. I've never had a bad one; the ingredients always taste incredibly fresh. The Italian meats are top-notch—everything is just fantastic. Pair it with some salt and vinegar chips, and it gets even better! You all are amazing!
Last couple times I've ordered it has taken 2 hrs and then some to get my food delivered. I live 3 minutes away from the store. There is no excuse. You only got one driver. Okay then the manager or assistant manager needs to go out delivering too. I'vedone it plenty of times when I worked in delivery. Réservez une table maintenant

I absolutely love Jimmy John's! I recently moved away from Carbondale and really miss it. I enjoyed the Vito sandwich—it's super delicious! I got one and shared it with my girlfriend at work.
It's not a terrible place, but it's Jimmy John's. Overall, the sandwiches are just okay. The bread is the main factor, and it could definitely be improved. Réservez une table maintenant
