I placed an order on DoorDash and was expecting to receive it within 20 minutes. I called the restaurant and they informed me that the order was on its way. However, after 20 minutes had passed, the food still hadn't arrived. I contacted DoorDash, and they reached out to the restaurant, who claimed that the order was still on its way. It has now been over 30 minutes since I first contacted both DoorDash and the restaurant, and I still have not received my sandwich. As I am working, I am unable to constantly check the front door for my delivery, and expect it to arrive in a timely manner as promised.
We recently had a few amazing experiences at Jimmy John 's that deserves a 5 star review. We stopped in for a quick sandwich (late dinner) and we were pleasantly greeted by a friendly and welcoming employee named Mike. This location truly lives up to their branding message of serving sandwiches that are freaky fast. Mike reflected a high level of hospitality and had positive attitude although it was 20 minutes to closing. This was not our first visit to Jimmy John 's, and we can confidently say
as a former supplier, I understand how intensively a lunch can be. I had a driver named joe who delivered speed and professionalism, despite the current hardening that the working industry put in all areas. he has always delivered me with the same attitude and the same work ethics that makes a real supplier. simply so the workers can go as fast as possible; and possible is a relative word. keep them the great work oakbrook! hopefully it will make us all better.
Loved it here! The Guy taking our order and making the sandwich was so polite and patient with my picky eater he went out of his way to let him know what he was putting on and if that was okay! Definitely will come again. Great customer service

I arrived 10 minutes before the posted closing time and found the restaurant completely closed. The staff gave me a strange look, as if I were wearing a diaper or something.

Mike W is a beast. He made my sandwich quick and it’s probably the best sub I’ve ever had at this location. (Not an exaggeration)
The staff is very friendly and consistently fast and efficient every time I go in.
