I usually enjoy Jimmy John's, but since I recently moved to the area, I was a bit disappointed with the staff. They got 2 out of the 3 sandwiches in my order wrong, and the staff didn’t seem very helpful. I realize everyone can have an off day, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue.
I was really disappointed with my visit to this Jimmy John's. The lettuce on my sandwich was brown and wilted, which made it unappealing. My dad brought me a veggie sandwich, but I ended up discarding all the lettuce because it was that bad. Overall, the sandwich was terrible!
The young woman who assisted me was extremely friendly and efficient. She made sure my food was prepared quickly and correctly. To top it off, she even gave my dog a treat. She represented Jimmy John's wonderfully.
The service was quick, but it lacked a personal touch. The sandwich could have used more toppings. Réservez une table maintenant
