I was watching the guy making the subs and he did not change his gloves nor wipe down his work area. I said to the cashier several times I was allergic to onions and the guy making the sub heard me. I finally asked him to please change his gloves, which he took offense to. He told me he did not have to since he had not TOUCHED any onions. Although I'm currently out of town, I have visited this restaurant several times and have consistently found it disappointing. Each time, I've requested extra toppings such as guacamole, lettuce, and cucumbers on my sandwich, but it always ends up lacking in flavor and variety. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth.

They were out of capicola for the Italian sandwiches and only offered salami as a replacement, despite the sandwich already containing salami. They attempted to charge me for a salami sandwich instead. I wasn’t allowed to substitute ham. The staff was unfriendly and gave the impression they didn’t want my business.

This place is very inconsistent in portion sizes. One day you will get a the sandwich you expect, and other days you will get a sandwich with one piece of meat and barely any toppings. This place is not really worth money you pay for it, and the customer service is lacking.
I’m not from this area, but whenever I’ve visited Jimmy John’s while in town, I’ve been disappointed. I always ask for extra toppings like guacamole, lettuce, and cucumbers, yet this time my sandwich was very flat, making me question what I actually paid for.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The bread was absolutely delicious, and I really loved it. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no hot sandwiches available on the menu.
Fantastic ambiance. Delicious food. This will definitely be our new go-to spot.
