I have had my money taken from me twice when they failed to deliver. I placed an online order, and after half an hour of no updates, I called them. They assured me I would receive a refund because they couldn’t deliver, but that never happened. I tried again recently and experienced the same issue, but this time no one would answer the phone.
The Oxford location is consistently my favorite. I’ve attempted to visit other branches, but for some reason, Oxford just stands out as the best!
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The service consistently meets expectations, and the food is always of five-star quality!
