So I called to request a refund and suggested they be more specific about wait times, as 30 minutes is excessive for a sandwich. The person on the other end responded in an aggressive tone, with a strong accent, saying that’s not how things work there. I was informed that 30 minutes is the minimum wait time. I wished them a nice day, saying they just lost a loyal customer. Their response was, “No big deal, we have plenty of customers, my friend.” I can only imagine what the boss would think of that attitude. This could have been handled in a much better way.
This restaurant is wonderful! Everything is prepared fresh to order (except for slices), and the food tastes amazing! The prices are reasonable given its location near tourist attractions. The establishment is clean, the staff is friendly, and they accept credit cards. There's also available parking and some outdoor seating. I will definitely return when I'm in the area! As for the one-star reviews I saw before visiting, it seems those people didn’t even give it a fair chance.
I ordered chicken wings , zucchini sticks, and a chicken finger kids meal. Everything was extremely burnt and it had a foul odor like old burnt oil. The chicken was so hard and burnt you couldn't even bite it .I took a picture and placed it with the wings so you can see that there isn't much of a difference . What a waste of sixty dollars ! I do not recommend this place. I'm wondering when was the last time they changed their oil?
First time here in Pt. Pleasant Jimmy’s Cucina did NOT disappoint! We ordered both reg gluten free it was cooked perfectly delicious! The order was ready within the allotted time of 30 minutes on a holiday weekend to- cannot beat that!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was cooked perfectly per specifications very good ??

I really enjoyed the pizza! I was looking for something quick to eat, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pizza was fresh and well-prepared, with a perfect balance—neither too thick nor too thin. I especially loved the crust. Normally, I don't eat the crust on pizzas, but this one was an exception!

Jimmy's pizza is one of my favorite parts about coming down to Point Pleasant Beach, NJ every summer! There is an abundance of pizza shops at the Jersey shore, but this one is by far the best! The flavor is unmatched and the service is always with a smile!!
My mom requested gluten-free pasta and chicken francese. The chicken came breaded, but they did use gluten-free pasta. Initially, they switched the chicken to grilled. However, when we ordered a second time, the pasta wasn't gluten-free at all!

We showed up in the last half hour and they were closing and they were super nice and woah. The food was delish! We got a couple slices and a cheesesteak. 100% recommend!
Great pizza, wraps, and tacos. Nice staff as well. Outside seating only.
