For those who remember what REAL fish and chips should be like!. These places are becoming harder to find with many fish and chip shops opting to be more fancy and of course much dearer than what I am prepared to pay or actually desire in a chip shop. Jim's has withstood the test of time and offers timeless fish and chips at a fair price. Have tried most things off the menu- flake is done with a crisp batter as are the calamari rings and scallops. The chips and potato cakes are well done and the servings adequate. Have also become a fan of the salad- mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, capsicum with a tasty dressing and lemon on the side. I haven't been to this place in a long time, but I'm really glad I returned. While most fish and chips shops tend to be average and lack excitement, this one was refreshingly unique. The batter was perfectly crispy, and the hamburgers were made with care and packed with flavor. The potato cakes were the highlight of the meal. To top it off, their prices are lower than most, making it an excellent value for money!

Fantastic fish and chips! The grilled fillet was large and absolutely delicious. The chips are always cooked to perfection. It's a classic old-school spot, and the service is incredibly efficient—I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

I hadn't enjoyed fish and chips from here in years since the ownership changed, but it appears the food quality is still top-notch. It's a fantastic spot for classic fish and chips. I especially love the battered and grilled flake. Highly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

After just moving to the area it has been a blessing to finally find Jim's!!! Quality fish and chips for the best price in the area! Not to mention the incredibly wonderful service from start to finish. Safe to say I've found my new local!
