Jim's Smokin' Cafe

Once again, Jim has made a stellar BBQ meal, 9/9/2015. He melds flavors like an artist, but with the exacting standards of a commercial assembly line. Bbq chicken cooked perfectly through; smoky, but not too much; char on the skin without tasting burnt and no dry bites even in the center of the whit meat, (even on the reheat later at home. Slaw; what the what? I'd eat this until I passed out. The bourbon beans..I, something- something clever, holy Grandmaster Flash these are good. Jim's place is a gem for the city of Four Flags. Get your a$$es there and grub.

I come to Niles to camp at Riverfront campground and I was introduced to this place by the owner of the campground and I'm happy I was the BBQ is amazing The baked beans are the best I have ever eaten and i absolutely loved the chicken. The owner Jim is very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. I just wish it was closer to Kalamazoo.

Jim's Brisket is perfection. If you ever have a bbq hankering, this is the place to go. They not only have an extensive, well run menu, but the owner (Jim) is ready to do a lot of special orders and diet wars when asked before the time. All in all my favorite places to grub out. And the old fashion soda is amazing!

I work in Four Flags Ancient Mall down on the street from here. Many customers have mentioned this place for lunch. Many have made a point to get back to our business to thank us. It happened today. Heard all about the awesome brunch buffet offers. I guess I better get down there!

The woman told me on the way back to Saint joe. Sunday. The house made pastrami is for to die. This is my new favorite stop when we get home from Mishawaka.
