Jin Ramen Hamilton Heights

Jin Ramen consistently serves excellent food. We’ve been loyal customers of the original location since it opened and finally tried the new Hamilton Heights spot on Father’s Day. We enjoyed unique menu items like the Shrimp Ramen and experienced good service, even though we were the only table upstairs. However, the main reason for this review is that their point of sale system added gratuity to the bill total including tax, instead of just the subtotal, which was correctly shown on the printed check. I brought this to the server’s attention, and he said he would inform management. I hope this issue is resolved soon and that management maintains transparency without any questionable practice...

Jin Ramen Hamilton Heights offers an excellent variety of rice bowls and ramen. I highly recommend trying the chashu don and the fried rice (chahan). Food: 4 Service: 3 Ambiance: 5 Price per person: $50–100
