I was expecting a 4.5-rating election with my partner, but I met with a big disappointment. immediately we noticed that the utilities were grimy and had suspicious black spots. the tables were close to each other without much space, and when the food came, a separate car had to be placed next to the table. this blocked the entrance back to the seat when one of us had to go to the toilet room. Got quite a bit of food for two people! It was about $96 pre-tip for all that food. I thought that the broth was pretty good, I enjoyed the spicy beef tallow if you're into the Sichuan taste. The meat plates were delicious, and I highly reccomend Quail eggs. The vegetable mix plate comes with mushrooms and some noodles, so it was actually more like a mixed mushroom and veg plate. They also have a mushroom combo with only mushroom as well. My favorite thing about this place is the abundant sauce bar with meat sauces and even glass jelly for a dessert! The vibe of the place is traditional and wasn't too busy and I liked the cozy atmosphere.

my bf and I love it if we want to be potted. not everything they can eat, but the quality is great! the spicy oil broth is phenomenal, and the pronounced rim broth was surprisingly tasteful, great on its own faust. the style of hot pot is quite authentic Chinese, various vibes of shabu. the portions are also quite generous, we always have rest in pot. sauce bar is quite normal, but does the job. the best part is in the rule there is no waiting here, probably because it is not fucked in a small plaza on a large street.

Jiuding Flavor Restaurant is an excellent hot pot restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food. The prices are affordable and provide great value for money, making it an ideal choice for individuals or families. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, making it a great place to dine. I have visited Jiuding Flavor multiple times and have always had the best experience. Definitely the best hot pot place in the bay area. Highly recommended! Réservez une table maintenant

Really good spicy beef tallow hotpot soup base. Some other highlights we enjoyed: Kobe beef, boneless duck feet, frozen tofu, handmade noodles. Mushroom/veg were fresh too. Spicy marinated beef portions were very generous. Really loved the sesame sauce at the sauce bar as well tasted really rich and fragrant. Service was great too! Would come back again.

SO GOOD!! The broth, veggies, and meats were all so delicious! My favorite was the white soup (Three Fresh Hot Pot Not spicy and really savory! This was my first time trying hotpot and it definitely exceeded my expectations, so yummy! Also the spicy soup base is really really spicy so if your not into spice I recommend not getting it :

We were a party of 3, each of us pick our own base. I had the spicy base which I thought there was way too much peppercorns. Other than that there was a great selection of sauces
