We have eaten at Indian restaurants all over canada. From high end (Da Tandoor) to small places like this. We found our favorite which is Agra Tandoor on Canada way in Burnaby. For the last 5 years we would drive about once a month past 20 or more East Indian restaurants to get to Agra. A few days ago, just getting over the flu and wanting something hot and tasty, we decided to avoid the hour long drive and order in something local. I have lived in Maple Ridge for 14yrs and had no idea about Mahal. I went for the first time on my birthday a few months ago. The female server we had was friendly and suggested some great dishes for us we may not have otherwise tried. It's dated, and freezing when the door opened but that could just be due to the cold temperatures. Otherwise all the dishes we ordered were so good.

Love this place. Consistently good food with deep flavours. Garlic nan is a favourite with lamb korma and chicken tikka Marsala.We usually do a pick up/ take out. By far the best around.Mmmm this review is making me hungry. Calling in an order :0)

This is a fairly new restaurant in Maple Ridge. We hav e been several times and always enjoyed both food and service. It seems to be taking a while to get a liquor licence, but that helps to keep the cost of the meal low. Réservez une table maintenant

We wanted try this restaurant based on previous reviews. Overall the meal was tasty, however I found the butter chicken was too sweet for my taste. Chicken tika masala sauce had a different flavour

This buffet is not recommendable, just eating the rice, gave me a horrible stomachache, the sushi had a different taste than other sushi I've had.

9.95 for all you can eat buffet including dessert. Fresh hot Naan and friendly service. Made for westerners so not spicy. Réservez une table maintenant

When you first walk in, the overall look is gorgeousCompared to other area buffets, this one has plenty of options.

The restaurant now has a liquor licence. Food is consistently fresh and delicious. Portions are generous.
