Johnny Rebs' True South

At 5:00 p.m. to get home and save for an hour, I rushed to Johnny Rebs to check their happy hour before 6:00 p.m. I like the bar area on the outside terrace. It was warm during my visit, but there was a nice breeze, so outside was perfect. My mind was already made for small plates, so I ordered the pork chips and the fried green tomato pizza with a Coor's Lite. The pulled pig is delicious!!! On appearance, it did not see how much in terms of portion, but there was a decent amount of pulled pigs on the chips. The meat was soft and the BBQ sauce was very lit. If you've read my previous reviews, I can't stand BBQ sauce that's too exaggerated, so that in my opinion this was great. For the fried green tomato pizza... that was probably the best veggie pizza I had for some time. I love roasted green tomatoes and it in pizza form was even better. The crust was thin and the pizza was oozing with cheese that did not leave the taste of tomatoes. It will be difficult to go back and taste their other two pizzas because I want this pizza again, but I also want to try the others, which means that I have to order more than one when it comes to it. PIZZA FEAST! Oil These two articles alone were pleasing what my ranking brings to four stars for now. I'll go back to dinner, brunch and happier hours. This delicious pizza for $7 and the beer prices are great! Visit date 9/25/2015

We went to johnny Rebs' in Bellflower. Outstanding is the best way to describe this place. My wife and I are visiting from arkansas (actually from Texas) and have been to a lot of BBQ joints from Memphis to Austin and this place rates right up there with them. I had the combo with pulled pork and baby ribs. Outstanding. The Cajun rice ranked about a 9 out of 10. The key lime pie was like home made. There were six of us and we all left stuffed. Great place to take your kids and throw your peanut shells on the floor. As for cost, it was on par with any BBQ joint I eat at in Little Rock or Austin. Finally, the service was a 10 out of 10. So, I highly recommend Johnny Rebs' in Bellflower.

Ribs Ribs Ribs Ribs. Groundnuts! Peanuts! as soon as you enter: everywhere there, but don't just stop taking a seat there and order a bite. Let's start with dessert, roast apple cakes that can eat an army with vanilla ice cream. This cake was Amazing( I almost ate the whole thing. Crusty outside, piping hot apple filling that ooze on the ice and meets your mouth for the first time (exhale sky: .I ordered my duck that was: baby back ribs, along with collar greens and Mac and cheese. Delicious delicate ribs, green season to perfection and Mac and cheese hot and damp. I recommend Johnny Rebs, this is a very good restaurant.

At this point a few times when the original was closed for a fire. Same quality only not the street house ambience, still good food and great times. Try the BBQ chicken nice smokey taste.
