I love finding hidden gems like this one. Judy's Diner in Hermitage, MO was a delightful discovery for us. We stopped by to visit a friend of my wife who works there, and decided to grab a bite to eat while they caught up. The food was absolutely delicious! We visited on a late Sunday afternoon in a small town that seemed to have its own charm. Judging by the steady flow of customers, we knew the food had to be good. For dessert, I tried the peach fried pie, which was like a fruit calzone with a crispy, sweet frosting. The crust was crumbly and delicious. The customer service was also top-notch, with friendly staff making us feel right at home. If you find yourself in the area, especially near Pomme De Terre Lake, I highly recommend stopping by Judy's Diner. You won't be disappointed!
I recently visited this lovely restaurant that has been upgraded with a remodeled kitchen, an outdoor screened seating area, new equipment, and a friendly staff. The place was clean and they had a great selection of milkshakes! Even though we arrived late, we made sure to try their delicious Fried Pies and milkshakes. You definitely have to give them a try!
My family and I absolutely love Judy’s, and try to eat there as much as possible. Their catfish and Walleye baskets are our favorite and they always have the best milkshakes. The staff and owner are all so friendly. You are missing out if you come to Pomme de Terre and don’t eat here!

They were friendly our order to go was fairly quick. The blt had a lot of bacon on it but not but one thinly sliced tomato wedge potatoes were too well fried. The Hamburger was good shake were good. Bible was a surprisingly nice touch on cups.
The service was beyond slow. French dip was terrible tea was spoiled the fried pies was simply canned filling put in a flour shell and not even cooked properly filling was still cold.
The service was slow, the food over priced and mediocre at best. There was so much wrong with this place I suggest you avoid it and go someplace else.
I highly recommend Judy’s they have great food and great service. The restaurant is always very clean and my favorite place to eat at the lake.
