"We planned a beef and beer fond for SaveMarpleGreenspace, an organization that was formed to stop the development of 213 hectares of forest in Marple Township. We met Justine, who went over the menu with us, with the setups, the drinks.... always. We left it in their hands and it was fabulous. The food was fantastic, they and their crew worked tirelessly to serve guests all night after cooking all day! Justine took such a load from our hands, I don't think we would have done it without them. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the evening was an enormous success. There were over 200 people and it went effortlessly on their part (we were a little confused, but thanks to Justine, we pulled it out)"
