I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It took over five minutes for someone to greet us, even though we were the only customers there. I noticed what seemed to be a previously canceled order being dumped back into the steam table containers, and the food appeared old and dry. When I finally tried to place my order, I was informed that everything on the soda machine was broken except for ginger ale. I decided to leave and eat elsewhere. There were just too many warning signs for me to feel comfortable dining here.
To be honest we're on a road trip and needed a bathroom QUICK! My husband thought we'd pulled into a popeyes-came out of the bathroom and ordered tenders..? realizing it wasn't Popeyes he picked out a couple items fish and not sure but might have been yucca) and we're back on the road and so pleased with whatever he ordered we plan to stop on our return trip! It was delicious! And the place was very clean.

Additionally, the sauces appeared to be spoiled and ended up spilling all over the food. Overall, it was an unacceptable meal.
I usually visit Kachis in Allentown, but today I tried the Temple Hills location. The service was awful—I'm not sure if the woman was having a bad day, but it was terrible. When I asked to enter my phone number to collect rewards, she ignored the request and refused. I will never return to this place. Absolutely disgusting!

Today was my first visit to this restaurant, and I ordered the pork chop dinner, which was delicious. I will definitely be calling them again in the near future.
The chicken was dry, and that's about all I can say. It might have been old or left out too long, but it didn't taste right. The side dishes were decent, though.
The cashier provided a poor experience and the customer service needs improvement. They were very disrespectful, which I found frustrating.

The service took a bit longer than expected, but the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the pork chops and they were fantastic.
This place is a true gem. The food tastes amazing and the portions are generous. You definitely have to try it!
