Love the food from Kassini Have ordered from here every Friday for over a year now But tonight I placed an order and 25 minutes later I heard the driver arrive so I looked out my window to see him getting out of the car smoking so I contacted them and the girl I spoke to couldn’t say sorry enough but when it can to the owner he didn’t care at all Just sent the same driver back with a refund and took the food back Driver even gave me tip back But my tip to Kassini is that it’s illegal for delivery drivers to smoke in there vehicles while delivering food and won’t be ordering from you again
I ordered a meal deal from here a few week ago and once I received my order my pizza it had looked like it had been dropped and placed back in the box, the cheese was practically coming off the pizza and I didn’t attempt to ring back because my husband was already furious that the driver had hinted for a tip when delivered our food and the chips tasted like they had been cooked more than once and the donner meat was cold and bitter. I guarantee I will not be placing a order here again and feel sorry the people who have yet to see these shocking but true reviews!!! Needs fkn shut down
Ordered via just eat. Pizza had a very scarce topping. More like a margarita. Chips looked like they’d been cooked more than once. Garlic dips didn’t arrive which were part of the meal deal. When phoned and asked they said it was because we ticked the “no sauce” box, that we thought was for ON the doner meat. It plainly states 2 tubs of garlic mayo with the meal deal. The driver then turned up with 1 garlic mayo. Safe to say we won’t be trying again. Customer service is everything. Probably wouldn’t of moaned about the food had the staff been more polite and helpful.
My boyfriend and I ordered two chicken wraps that arrived cold and smelled a bit eggy.. today was his grandads funeral and we’ve both had to leave early due to stomach cramps and flu like symptoms. We are now unable to keep water down for being sick and both bed bound. This is the only thing we’ve eaten the same over the past two days and the food was blatantly sat for a long time as it arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, cold. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered food from this restaurant through Foodhub and paid by card. Unfortunately, the delivery driver brought the food to the wrong address and the person there accepted our order. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, the owner yelled at me in the background, blaming me for the mistake and refusing to give me a refund. So essentially, I ended up paying for someone else's food.
Every time we order from this place, there are always items missing from our order and they always send the wrong pizza that we didn't even order. This results in us having to wait an extra 30 minutes for the correct order to arrive. It's a joke! We have given them multiple chances to improve, but now we have decided we will not be returning. They have lost mine and my family's business.
I order from here on a regular basis but the past twice there have been several items from my order missing. I rang up and they sent the missing items out but this was around half hour after our original order just not good enough! It's a shame as I now won't be ordering from kassini in the future due to this reason!
I was surprised when the delivery driver used his keys to knock on our living room window instead of knocking on the door like a normal person. The food was only lukewarm and there was no salad on the wrap even though we paid for it. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
