We've always enjoyed takeout from Katana Sushi, and the food has consistently been fresh and delicious. Tonight, we decided to dine in, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is calming, the service is friendly and prompt, and, as always, the food is excellent. It's a nice perk that they offer BYOB, and I love that you can choose soy paper for your rolls instead of seaweed. I’m a bit conflicted about writing this review for Katana Sushi. I ordered because I saw they had a BOGO deal, so I thought it was worth a try. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that only one sushi order arrived, and there are two of us, which meant I had to whip up something else last minute. That said, the sushi was genuinely good! I’m not too picky, so I can’t comment on what constitutes GREAT quality fish, but I really enjoyed the flavors overall. It tasted fantastic!
