We ordered the lentil soup, aloo palak, aloo mutter (peas), and aloo paratha. Everything was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the lentil soup. The iced tea was delightful, with a hint of cloves and cinnamon. The owner came by to chat with us and was very courteous. The atmosphere was serene, exactly what we needed. This restaurant is a hidden treasure. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the quality is consistently high. It's one of my favorite places in Cary. I can't wait to visit again!
