Kenora M S Cruise Boat

First time on the boat in over years it didn't disappoint! We sat on the upper/outside level and enjoyed the cruise with my older sisters. My only complaint is that there isn't much protection from the sun on the upper/outside level. There...is limited seating under the canopies, so bring a hat. It was quite breezy on a beautiful, sunny afternoon, so my sister had to hold onto her hat. The cruise is about hours which was plenty long. They do serve food which we regretted not parttaking of once we saw the delicious food being eaten around us! I noticed french fries and loaded nachos! Bought a canned soda that cost (cheaper than some places). The little interaction we had with the crew was all...

What a great evening cruising with a nice meal good company. The cruise came with an interesting commentry on the various islands. One included a young man who bought islands side by side. When he asked for his future wife's hand hiis mother in...law said she was coming on their honey moon to his island. So to overcome this he built two cottages one for her on the small island hers being basic and one for himself and his wife. The mother in law had to cross a bridge to get to her island and was informed she had to ask to come off. Not sure how long she stayed there. So lots of wild life including eagles. Certainly worth the trip and a nice way to end a day

I have my girl for her first tour through the lake of the woods. she was really impressed. the crew was wonderful. the captain made sure to show the wild life and had great strata about the history of the sea. that was my third. cross with captain lubys ship. it is a good opportunity to pass a few hours at the lake.

Fun excursion on Lake of the Woods. It is a historical landmark in Kenora. I have gone on one of their Jamaican nights, so I cannot comment on their regular food, but the food that night was good. The cost of the excursion and food...though can be expensive so it is not something you usually do regularly

With a beautiful cruise around the lake of the woods what could be better. be sure to bring your camera for some beautiful scenic sights. The meals are nice and with pleasant company and views it makes for a wonderful day trip

Went on a locally sponsored cruise. Perfect night and great company. Service was excellent. Captain Murray found his way out and back. What more does one need on an inland lake as wonderful as Lake of the Woods?

the boat tour is very interesting and gives a good overview of the surrounding house and cottages. eating is good. if you can take the evening dinner tour and see the sunlight.

beautiful boat trip around the forest lake. I tell them the story of the opposite. the trip worth. can be expensive for a large family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our boat cruise and the commentary while touring through the many islands. Well worth it!
