Morning and early afternoon are the best time to at these times you will receive excellent service and great food and staff is amazing.. 4pm on, staff is horrible and rude!! Foul language, loudly talking and inconsiderate towards each other.. No onceafter I received my meal did anyone come to ask if everything ok or did I need anything instead went out to parking lot to carryon. So disappointed. Daytime and lunchtime is the best. The people at those times respect their customers and take pride intheir service provided.
Very low quality ingredients and they don't seem to pay attention to order customizations. My partner is lactose intolerant and they get cheese melted on their food every time even though I always ask for it to be left off. The onion rings were very soggy and undercooked. Convenient location kept me coming back for years but quality has just gotten too poor so I won't be returning again.

Never a dull moment here the service is great. The food for example coney dogs are always hot and ready. The chili is nice and fresh, if you prefer a more keto kind diet option then the Greek salad is superb. Coneys are not always at the top of my list but this place is very good. That is all Chief Be humble and proud so that you can always be yourself

Food is decently good. But, the place, it looks clean, but doesn’t smell like one. Clean doesn’t mean hygienic. I use to love going to this place before pandemic. I went back for first time in recent period. However, the person who served us did agreat job. Thank you. Some cleaning will make it a great place.
These snake carry out girls told me an amount, then I pay cash. When I realize I forgot to get my itemized receipt I went back in and got it, and noticed my bill was less then they said. Overlooking the bill I noticed they put a senior discount on mybill. They discounted it and kept the extra cash as a tip.
Debbie provided outstanding service. The food was truly delicious. I had a fish sandwich and a salad; the fish was tender, crispy, and served hot, and the salad was fresh and tasty. Though the restaurant is unpretentious, they certainly know how to get it right. Food: 5/5
I stop in tonight for a carryout and Casey took care of me. She was very attentive, and thorough. Every time I come here she is taking extraordinary care of the customers. She is a great asset to the company, and is the reason I will continue to come back.

You just can't find friendlier waitresses than at this Koney! We have been there for lunch, dinner, breakfast, special Tuesdays, and the food is tasty, fast, and the service is so pleasant. Great value, clean place, and you just can't ask for much more.
