Kesselhaus - Réservation de table

Im Sommer geniessen wir oft einen Kaffee auf der wunderschönen grossen Terrasse. Das Hotel Restaurant ist gut per Velo oder Auto erreichbar. Heute gönnten wir uns zum ersten Mal einen Brunch. Leider war der heutige Ausflug eine Enttäuschung. Die Qualität der Brote liessen zu Wünschen, beispielsweise war der Zopf (TK? innen kalt, bzw. teilweise gefroren. Gerne hätte ich jemandem dieses Feedback mündlich gegeben, jedoch liess sich bis fast zum Schluss kein Servicepersonal bei uns am Tisch blicken. Die Teller stapelten sich mittlerweilen am Tisch. Der Hackbraten vom Buffet schmeckte fad. Auch der Rest der warmen Speisen wirkten für uns lieblos zubereitet. Schade...Immerhin das Birchermüesli übe...

We were looking forward to yesterday 's visit. In recent years we have been able to count ourselves among the frequently returning customers of 'Riverside '. Clearly there have now been some noticeable changes. As usual, the service was attentive, very accommodating and did a great job. There is nothing to add here. Thanks! The performance of the kitchen, or the quality of the goods, the product, which represents the core of the service purchased, was not okay. In short: the price/performance ratio is out of balance. Ich will nicht unfair sein, die Location ist toll (wir waren zudem auf der Terrasse) und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon öfter hier weil gut erreichbar für uns und fanden das Essen eher durchschnittlich und dafür auch teuer.Gestern hatten wir Spareribs und Schnitzel. Leider hätte beides langweiliger und liebloser nicht gemacht sein können (schmeckte nach Systemgastrononie) Nachdem man aber sehr freundlich mit uns war haben wir uns nicht beklagt und die recht hohe Rechnung (für die tiefe Qualität) anstandslos bezahlt.Zum Essen kommen wir jedoch nun definitiv so schnell nicht wieder (vielleicht auf ein Bier auf der Terrasse)

Yesterday we celebratet our 12 anniversary at the Kesselhaus and as always, everything was just perfect. As starter I chose the Wildschwein Rohschinken with salad. Very aromtic and tender. Excellent. As main course I got the Wild Dreierlei. Meet was tender and tasty with excellent cooked vegetables usw. Will be back any time soon Réservez une table maintenant

We received a voucher for the Freinschmecker menu which includes 4 courses. The food was of the best quality, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was very homely : We would love to come again!

Obwohl das Restaurant am Mittag voll war, war der Service schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und auf Wünsche vom Gast wird auch eingegangen. Die Preise sind wirklich angemessen. Gerne wieder mal...
