All businesses that sell prepared food will at times sell a bad meal. What they do to make things right determines who they are. I have been buying KFC meals for years. On Aug 19, 2023 we received a bad meal. The chicken was under cooked, and un-safe to eat. We though it out. Of all the KFC meals I purchase, this was the only bad meal. As there is more than one of us, we purches the 8 piece family meal that they sells for $32.99 $2.39 (tax) $35.38.I contacted KFC main HQ about it and KFC sent us a voucher for $20.00. I've usually enjoyed this restaurant, but today was disappointing. I placed an online order at least 30 minutes before arriving, and my order wasn't ready at all. I ordered a tender meal that comes with large sides, but they attempted to give me small ones instead. Since they hadn't prepared my order in advance, they were also out of biscuits and tenders when I arrived. To top it off, I ordered a 10-piece chicken bucket, only to discover there were only 8 pieces in it.
I see a change recently. I've ordered from here for quite a few years and usually it's pretty good service. This time I ordered a mobile order about 30 minutes ahead of time and when I got there, it wasn't even packed. As a result, I cleaned out all of their tenders and biscuits so they had to substitute things. The substitution offer is nice but other customers that were there at the same time had to wait 15 minutes for their order.
Upset I didn't receive my full order. Went through drive thru and made it home to find the chicken tenders I ordered didn't make it into the bag. Tried to call the store and report it and got left waiting on hold for someone to answer my complaint. Always check your bag. 9/10 times this location misses something.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was marked as ready for pickup, but I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes! If it hadn't been for my kids looking forward to KFC, I would have just walked out.
The restaurant needs to hire staff who have a better understanding of English. It's not acceptable for employees to shout at customers in an angry tone simply because they don't understand.
First time in a long time. I don't plan to return. The store was OK but the quality is down and the price is up.
Food was undercooked. Prices are very high, and the workers are rude and pretend not to understand you.
