Placed an online order and was told they were closing early because they're out of chicken... more like they didn't want to make more chicken. Tried to circle back and ask them how to get refund and they wouldn't even open the window anymore looked straightat us and everything. Now I'm stuck here trying to figure out how to get refund of $33!! Last time I place an online order..
Avoid this location and instead visit the one on Stockton Boulevard. The chicken was undercooked, and despite ordering four apple pies, they failed to provide them, although they claimed they did. Additionally, the manager was rude. I would appreciate it if the regional manager could contact me.
KFC is exceptionally clean, and the customer service is excellent. The cashier, Jose, welcomed me with a warm smile, which was both impressive and professional. My order from the menu was served quickly. I will definitely be coming back.
Always out of chicken. Also check your order they will give you small when you pay for large and if you pull away and try to come right back to have the correct order they are rude and refuse to fix order. Worst service evet Réservez une table maintenant
The chicken sandwich at KFC was incredibly delicious. I didn’t even have a chance to take a picture because it disappeared so quickly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone checking out the KFC menu – it’s a must-try!
The burger was a terrible greasy mess and was missing my bacon. Tasted gross, couldn't even eat it all. It also took forever even though there was no line. Not coming back, so gross.
As always, the service here is quick and my orders are consistently accurate. Today, Jessica was the cashier who took my order with a cheerful smile.
