Went there 3 hours before closing ordered a 16 pc meal and was told they only had 3 breast, 4 drumsticks and the rest would be wings. I ask how long would it be for more chicken to be done? I was informed that they would not be cooking any more I said you have 3 hours left why not, then a person that claimed to be the manager came on and said the cook has already left, if I want what they have then I would get my order asked if it would be discounted was told no and that I needed to leave. Hate to know how long that chicken had been sitting. I guess they made more money then they needed to give up 3 hours of sales. Will not waste my time or money going here again.

We ordered #5 combo chicken wings. He repeatedly said not spicy, but when we got the order, it was spicy, mussing biscuit. My husband talk to the manager but the manager is rude and insisting that my husband did not order regular. He is not willing ti correct their mistake. He was yelling to my 82 year old husband to leave. We leave the place end up not having lunch and donating $21.64 to KFC.

Missing 1 complete combo meal from order. And 3 out of 5 drinks were wrong. Tried calling store wouldn't answer phone. Tried corporate wouldn't answer either. Went back and manager tried telling me he couldn't refund drinks because they were free??? Lol will never return

the manager is the rudest. no customer service capabilities. my order was served incorrectly and he is not willing to correct the order or repay the money. Today I just donated 21 bucks to kfc against my will.

The food as usual was very good. Service in the drive through was slower than expected. Workers were very professional and apologetic for the elongated wait time.
Jermaine was very helpful! Made our experience great especially since we are new to the Vegas area! We will definitely come back to this location .Thank you
