I must say that this KFC is one of the best I have been to. I have never encountered any problems or issues here. The food is always fresh and cooked really well. The customer service is also top-notch, with all the staff being friendly and always smiling. In contrast to other KFC locations I have visited, which were horrible and disgusting with staff who lacked any customer service experience, Reservoir KFC is a real gem. If you want a good KFC experience with no issues, I highly recommend going to Reservoir.
We went to Thomastown eftpos machine not working. Hence We were trying to order online and app constantly failed for reservoir store hence we went through drive through, Manager was rude and simple said she cannot help the reception in the area and when we asked to check if she had app working she just said she doesn 't even have the kfc app. She just said 'not my issue go around and see if you can get signal really really poor customer service. Dietary restrictions: Thought I would give KFC a try after a bad experience 2 years ago. Thinking each store is different. I bought a classic 3 piece combo and was appalled. Upon opening the box, I see 2 pieces of chicken then discovered another the size of a popcorn tucked underneath. The chips cuts were tiny and bun crushed. Quite disgusting. This is one of the worst franchises service-wise. It’s no wonder,given the way they churn through staff. Almost never have some items and ask to wait in the car park and then no one shows up. Once waited for almost 15 mins and when I went in to collect, wasn’t even offered a sincere apology. Just handed the bag like ‘oops’. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Compared to other nearby KFCs, this store was neat and clean. The service was definitely quick. We decided to try the crunchy zinger bowl for the first time and found it delicious. It was a nice addition to the menu. We also ordered a zinger box, although I'm not a fan of KFC's burgers, it was alright overall.
