I tried calling KFC, but it took nearly an hour before someone finally answered. I didn’t want to go through the Drive-Thru line again. The manager I spoke with said there were at least three other drink options available, which contradicted what the staff at the window had told me. She even offered to let me come back the next day for two drinks of my choice.
When I returned and explained the situation to the employee at the window, he said he wasn’t aware of my complaint and that nothing could be done. I asked to speak with the manager I had spoken to before, but was told she wasn’t there and no one knew when she would be back.

I ordered 2-12 piece crispy chicken tenders and 2-6 piece BBQ fried wings, but everything came out completely wrong. It seems they need to provide better training for their staff when it comes to packing online orders. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered the original chicken and, to my dismay, discovered at home that it was old, refried chicken cooked in what was clearly old grease. I pass this restaurant every day and have always wondered why the parking lot is consistently empty. Recently, I had some free time and decided to give it a shot. However, as soon as I walked in, I understood why the parking lot was so deserted. There were several customers gathered at the counter, acting more like a rowdy crowd than actual patrons, as they crowded around the staff, showing off baby pictures without placing any orders. Meanwhile, the manager on duty was just standing there on her phone, which struck me as highly unprofessional. It felt as if they had hired someone off the street for the role. I have always favored KFC over Popeyes, so I was quite disappointed to discover that the chicken quality at this location is not up to par with other KFCs. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. When I went through the drive-thru, the employee told me they were out of stock and closing the drive-thru. When I asked for clarification on what items they were out of, he didn’t respond and instead just asked for my order. I found his attitude to be rather rude and disrespectful.
I ordered food for pickup and was the only car in line, but the manager asked me to pull forward while they prepared my order, which raised my first concern. I asked them to make sure I had the sauces I wanted, but he insisted I move ahead instead. When I finally checked the bag, I discovered a stale, rock-hard biscuit that was clearly old—my second and third issues. To make matters worse, the chicken was burnt. In the end, I ended up throwing the whole meal away!
December 2, 2023... The chicken we ordered was excessively soggy and overly salty! KFC is seriously missing the mark. It seems like the chicken isn't being drained properly, and it feels like they're just throwing the food into the boxes or buckets—it's quite unappetizing. I will not be ordering from the Oxon Hill location again, and this isn't the first time I've experienced this problem. I'm a very dissatisfied customer!
I accidentally placed my order wrong and forgot to add a box of chicken. When I rang the doorbell to address the missing item, no one answered, so I had to drive back around. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I asked about my order. We won't be coming back.

The Pop Pies never fail to impress! They have a wonderfully crispy, golden-brown crust and are filled to the brim with tasty, piping hot fillings. I also sampled the nuggets for the first time, and to my surprise, they were quite delicious too!
