I spent $50 on a 12-piece bucket and some extra sides, but I was immediately suspicious when I arrived at the window to find everything ready so quickly. The side dishes weren’t even filled properly, so there wasn’t enough for everyone like there used to be. The gravy now comes in tiny containers, and the chicken tasted like it had been leftover from the day before—it wasn’t even crispy! Now I understand why they only have a 3.9-star rating. I tried calling to complain, but it just keeps ringing busy every time.
Went a couple days ago they messes up the order and they didn’t wanna correct it until we said we would call higher up and then sent a post card to correct the items they messed up well went in today to get the correct items and the manager amber wanted to give dirty looks the whole time. How are you gonna give dirty looks and be rude when your the one who messed up the items I would have again apologized and had a smile on my face not a dirty look?
I ordered an 8-piece meal that included thighs and drumsticks along with 3 sides, but I only received 7 pieces and 2 sides. They explained that the mashed potatoes and gravy count as one side, despite being served in separate containers. I ended up with 2 coleslaws, and one of them had no dressing at all. I won't be returning, as my last experience with the chicken was also disappointing.
Just awful. I have finally learned my lesson. I will never visit this particular location again.Missing the fries to one of the meals.Food was COLD and NOT FRESH at all. No doubt that food was sitting for HOURS.My husband said the Sweet Tea was the worst he has ever had. He couldn’t even drink it. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The fresh food truly surpassed our expectations for my family. We traveled 80 miles to experience the buffet, and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Pennsylvania.
I paid way too much for my meal, and they forgot two of my side orders. Spending $50 didn't even get me basic courtesy. It wasn't worth it at all.
This establishment was absolutely unclean! Every table and seat was dirty, and the bathroom was in the same condition!
The food is always outstanding, but since the prices have nearly doubled, we don't go as often anymore.
