I cant beleive how bad the chicken was .This was not KFC recipe.This was normal oil used.Oil tasted greasy and burnt.Chicken was not moist juicy.Chicken skin was worst for any store I ever been in.The pot pie was good.But i asked 3 times for coleslaw.Not mashed potatoes I said only coleslaw.Order comes up and she says oh i did not get coleslaw on there , and I'm thinking no I will not get back in line and buy a coleslaw, she should just hand me one.Where is her head at.The place looks clean.
I want to express my gratitude for the smash bowl you served me, but unfortunately, the burnt chicken really ruined the experience. You had one responsibility: to ensure the chicken was cooked properly, and that didn't happen. Instead of enjoying my meal, I found myself quite disappointed. I hope there will be improvements in the future. Thank you.
Other then the other chicken place this was my go to place. But after speaking to the employees the manager needs to be ‘looked into’. His morals are appalling. The food was good and quick but morally I can not support this kfc anymore. Good luck girls.

Placed an online order for pickup, when picking up I was missing stuff from my order, and the chicken was gross. Seemed like we got served old chicken rather than fresh chicken.
Chicken tenders were hard and inedible. The literally only put in 6 fries in the box. There AW root beer is horrible!! Really bad service all around.
