The service was good and the food was tasty, though it was clear that the restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a long wait for our meals. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, so my rating isn't a reflection on them. Unfortunately, both my husband and I started to feel unwell about 30 minutes after eating, and I became quite sick once we got home. This was the only meal we had that day, so it was definitely from this restaurant. The restaurant is on the expensive side, but the food is absolutely delicious. It's a cozy place, and we were really grateful that they could accommodate all 12 of us outside. They also have a special menu for vegetarians and those with gluten sensitivities, so make sure to ask for it if needed. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and very patient with us. Our youngest recently discovered his love for tempura shrimp, and they kindly prepared a simple version just for him. If we ever visit Pensacola again, we will definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great sushi, ramen, or sweet chili tofu.

During our visit, the restaurant had only two tables occupied. Unfortunately, we waited between 45 to 60 minutes for our order to arrive, while guests seated after us had already received their meals, finished eating, paid, and left. I understand that mistakes can occur in the restaurant industry, but there was no proactive response from management to address the delay, such as offering complimentary appetizers, drinks, or dessert. Although we appreciated the food, we're unsure if we'll return.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I sat at the sushi bar and observed the dedicated chefs crafting exquisite plates of sushi. Everything was exceptionally fresh and delicious. We visited on a night when the restaurant was very crowded. The food was excellent, and the sushi was particularly good. However, the noise level was quite high, and our waitress wasn't very attentive. We plan to return for another visit, hoping it will be less busy next time.

The flavors were amazing and varied. Don’t miss out on the Hot Chili Shrimp—it's far better than the usual Boom-Boom and Bang-Bang variations. The yellowtail special was exceptional—super fresh, lightly seared, and wonderfully seasoned. We really loved our meal.

Amazing? sat at the Sushi Bar and watched hardworking people make records and records of beautiful sushi. So fresh and delicious. The guys who make the sushi were very nice and great to deal with. I'm going back to Cola to eat here again.
