King Pollo - Réserver une table

I placed an order for pickup and provided the name of the person picking it up. When he arrived, he was told he needed to speak English and that the order was not his. The restaurant's name is in both English and Spanish, so this display of ignorance, unprofessionalism, racism, and potential mental illness is completely unacceptable. My spouse left without the food, and this type of behavior should not be condoned.

This Peruvian chicken was flavorless. The chicken was undercooked, the rice was burnt, and the beans tasted old, as if they had been reheated multiple times. This establishment needs to be inspected by authorities. We will not be returning. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The food at this restaurant is really terrible. It is not good at all. I would advise against purchasing anything from this establishment as it is not safe. The average price per person is $50–100. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1 out of 5.
