Started off badly. The room we were given (42) smelled , the walls had been badly repaired and painted over and the shower was so hot on even the coolest setting I could barely get under it. They changed the room for us in a blink. Made me wonder if others had complained before. We were upgraded to a much larger room 47. Lots of space but the bed was two connected, not a genuine king or double. It was very clean , the bed was comfortable. The place is a little dated but has good parking right in front and no noise. Nice, cosy and clean hotel. We had a problem with our shower and we were upgraded to a premium room which was overall, much nicer than our original room. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
