The customer service experience was something that strongly impacted our review. Reasons why below: The wait staff were extremely rude and unapproachable. We were initially sat at a table designated for four people max in the middle of the bar area; reservation was made for 7 people. When we asked to move to a more accommodating table they informed us that booths need to be specifically reserved. I spoke on the phone with someone from Kings twice before arriving and there were no mention of specific areas that we need to reserve. When we were eventually informed that our bowling shoes were ready, we discovered that our lane was not set up and my party of seven was still without shoes. To make matters worse, the waiter seemed confused and asked if we were in the wrong alley. Finally, after a long 35 minutes, we received our bowling shoes and were ready to start.
To top it off, a staff member came over to apologize and offered us a discount, stating we would receive 25% off our bill. However, when we checked the bill later, we found the discount was only $25—not the promised 25%, which was a significant difference.

So my brother and myself came vacationing in Boston for memorial weekend and happened on Kings as we were just wandering around and the photos of the food and entertainment looked halfway decent. I will tell you I was very happily surprised how good it was. Food was excellent, chicken sandwich and breakfast burger, which bias be acknowledged were suggested as the best dishes, but still, very happily surprised with just how good they were. Arcade, bowling alley, and pool hall were small but that was very nice, because it was relaxed, I say that as someone who prefers to avoid crowds. Staff were extremely nice to talk to, and had a very good time overall
I was part of a group of four that came from another restaurant. It was a busy evening, and the wait for pool and bowling was over an hour. However, Jonathan was very straightforward and quickly helped us secure a spot on one of the bowling lanes. His promptness made our experience truly special. But the highlight of the night was our server, Johana. When the manager denied our request for a Mai Tai tower, it felt like our evening was ruined. Luckily, Johana stepped in swiftly to accommodate us and ensure we enjoyed the night. A big thank you to the servers and staff at this place! The DJ had us dancing, making it an unforgettable night.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Gave our drinks order, 30 mins later nothing. Gave it again. Finally came and one was wrong so a friend just went straight to the bar to get it fixed. Over an hour for apps. Server complained about everyone else’s mistakes but her own. No water refills. Expressed our unhappiness, no manager came over. When the bill came everything, including wrong drink was on the tab. Asked for a manager twice. They did end up comping the bill but whole ordeal was 2 hours for one round of drinks and an app that we canceled bowling and went somewhere else for dinner.
The food and drinks are quite good for the Seaport area, and bowling is a lot of fun. However, I found the process of making the Dine and Bowl reservation over the phone a bit confusing, as there were some miscommunications. Additionally, the dinner service was a little slow. That said, the pub food was tasty, and the beverage service in the bowling alleys and arcade was excellent. Overall, we had a great Friday night with friends!

A fun spot to play some pool, arcade games or bowling. Went on a Saturday night and there were lots of empty glasses and everything was not picked up properly. Nice for a group activity but I would not go often

Way too long of a wait. Not worth it. We waited 3 hours after being put on the list and eating our meal just to bowl.
