We loved the food, which was delicious! The prices are normal, and the service was fine, especially considering that it was quite busy for Valentine's Day evening. The menu is quite ample and varied. We also enjoyed the decor--the hanging panels made the place seem quite cozy, despite the high ceilings I'm not assigning five stars because of two aspects of our evening that marred our enjoyment: the space was both very cold and very noisy. We asked twice if the loud music (mostly hiphop) could be turned down a bit, and both people (maitre d'y server) agreed, but the volume never changed. The sad part is this could be a phenomenal restaurant! We sat at the Hibachi table and the soup/side order of brown rice were served cold, water glasses were dirty, food we ordered from hibachi was drowning in sauce and the chicken was tough. The level of service was just unacceptable in our minds as we waited an hour and minutes just to sit down and another minutes for a chef. Unless ownership and management change their attitudes this restaurant is in a downward spiral and probably won’t survive very long. It will be a while before we come back here and we will never do hibachi again, only sushi!
Booked a reservation for New Years Eve. I get that it is a very busy night and everyone was looking to eat out but they overbooked themselves and had people waiting over an hour to get seated at a table and for the hibachi. I had a reservation at and I didn’t get a seat till The manager did make up for it by offering a free appetizer. The food was just ok. I had better Hibachi food and experiences at other places. The food was very salty but other than that it was ok. I probably won’t come back but it was just ok if anyone wants a review to base on.
We didn’t get seated until for our reservation, followed by another minute wait before the soup/salad showed up. The entree didn’t get served until and that was raw fried rice (crunchy)!! Order some drinks and the first glass brought out to my wife had red lipstick in it. To end the evening the waitress pulled the plate from my yr old daughter and boxed it up while she was still eating, thinking she was with the couple from the party sharing the table with us. Our reservation was for and we didn’t sit at our table until after We had little kids with us who were hungry and restless. We were asked to take a table and not to sit at hibachi...we declined and they told us we would have to wait longer even though a hibachi table is what our reservation was for. It was very busy and very disappointed in their lack of staying on time with their reservations. Clearly they were way overbooked.
