No other place compares to Kool Temptations. Being a locally owned and operated business, the owners are deeply committed to their success and prioritize customer satisfaction. They put care into every drink, ensuring that every customer leaves happy. The menu is extensive, and they're not shy about trying out new flavor combinations. I highly recommend the Pina Colada (Milk Tea); you won’t regret it. Another personal favorite is their coffee, which is made with an espresso machine instead of syrup. It's strong and absolutely delicious!
I haven't found a bubble tea shop that can match this one. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I've never experienced any issues with the service. They offer an amazing variety of flavors, so you’ll always have something new to try. The only downside is that it can be a bit on the sweet side, but that's not a problem for me. The shop itself is charming, and I really enjoy visiting. It's always clean and well-kept. They take COVID-19 safety seriously, with hand sanitizer available and clear signage throughout.
This restaurant is incredible! The service is consistently excellent—always friendly and attentive. The bubble teas are outstanding; I highly recommend trying them. The Japanese pancakes are simply divine—super fluffy and delicious! The new pon de donuts are fantastic as well; they're light and airy, surpassing my expectations. This place is definitely worth a visit!
I absolutely love the bubble tea here; it's fantastic! However, I noticed that their posted closing time is 7 PM, but when I visited today at 6:25 PM, the door was locked and the lights were off. They really need to update their hours.

We tried the peach bubble tea with tapioca pearls, the bubble tea itself was very refreshing and the taste was good also. The only downside was it was too sweet, next time will tell while placing the order to reduce the sugar content.
There's something for everyone here! Whether you're in the mood for something sweet and fun or a classic boba tea, this is definitely the best bubble tea spot in Mackay. And the cheesecakes are absolutely fantastic!
