Very disappointed at this place. I actually left hungry. My family and I are Greek so we were expecting authentic Greek food as the website suggests. My go to dish is always moussaka and this the first time I didn 't even finish 1/4 of it, I had one bite and pushed it aside. There was no flavour at all in the meat, it was completely bland. I got a side of green beans and they were also bland. My family did enjoy their pasta dishes which I tried a bit and those were a actually seasoned well and had spices. I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. The biftekia was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. We returned them twice, and the waitress had the audacity to say that this is how the grill cooks them and that others enjoy them. That's unacceptable; if the grill chef doesn't know how to cook properly, it's not the customers' fault. The tirokafteri was excessively salty and inedible, and again, the waitress seemed unfazed by our complaint. The fries were overcooked, double-fried, and only lukewarm. I came in with my partner for dinner on Wednesday, already thinking that everything we had seen and heard was promising. We were absolutely blown away. The food and drink was phenomenal, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself is really beautifully curated. We were so impressed we made a reservation for Sunday evening for my mother's birthday (She's loves Greek food and trying new restaurants so it seemed like a no brainer)!
Excellent! Ordered the tzatziki which was great, fresh and packed with flavor. Also got the dolmas which were hot, filled with meat and had a delicious lemon flavor. Main entree was the moussaka which was also Excellent. Was not a huge fan of the mixed veg that came with it but that's neither here nor there. The service was Excellent and the waitress explained some dishes and even recommended a few for our next visit. I would most certainly come here again!
Having lived in Greece, I am quite discerning when it comes to Greek cuisine, and I’ve found that the offerings in this area are generally disappointing. However, this is the only restaurant I’ve discovered in Massachusetts where every dish I've tried so far truly captures the authentic flavors of Greece. I really love this place!
It is like a piece of actual Greece with its authentic atmosphere, bright colors and hospitable people. We had Greek salad with grilled salmon, French fries, moussaka and pork gyro. Everything was fresh and full of taste, and the portions are pretty big for the European style restaurant.
Pork Gyro was skeptical at first. Ate every bite. Atmosphere and decor was out together nicely. Downside, we were against the wall adjacent to the Karate Dojo. I’m pretty sure they were throwing weighted gym balls against it. Little annoying but didn’t ruin the dinner
