Horrible. They should just shut this place down and let another business take it's place. I recently went and they are only doing drive-thru. I sat in the parking lot and watched as 4 employees were sitting in the dining room talking to each other, one of the female employees was even vaping in the dining room, and one of the other female employee got up and came outside to smoke a cigarette and talk on her phone. I placed my order online, so I expected it to be correct. When I picked it up, I asked twice if it was made with no mustard, and they assured me it was. However, after eating half of one, I realized it had mustard. I checked another one of the twelve, and it also had mustard. After driving all the way home to eat, I had to get back in the car and return with the full order. The employee insisted I could only get a refund for 10, since I had already eaten or touched the two with mustard. I hate mustard! There were no apologies, no free meal, not even one free Krystal. The line was long, but I ordered from the app while waiting and saved 50% with the code KRYSTAL50 when I downloaded the Krystal App. I paid through the app even after placing my order at the drive-thru. I was determined to get that 50% off! The app did freeze for a moment, but then it completed my order. The woman at the window noticed my order, confirmed my payment and discount, and swiftly resolved any issues with duplicate orders. It was a great experience! However, I would love to see a healthier menu option added.
I used to work at the Krystal in LaGrange, and since Rachel Thorn stopped managing, the store has really gone downhill. The food is rarely fresh, the cashiers clearly need better customer service training, and the current manager is a real problem. There are only certain times of the day when you can expect decent food and service at Krystal, but even then, it feels like a gamble.

Outside of the building and parking lot looks like a dumpster exploded!! Service was good and friendly! Just need to get a vacuum truck to come through during down hours!!
I have to have a bag full. krystal breakfast in the morning is from the chain people! as you like it, a finished deal. also, late-hungry snacker they have u cover!?
Service was fine. The wait was not too long. There were bad pot holes in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and one in the drive-thru.

The breakfast and lunch are amazing! The cookies are absolutely delightful and dissolve in your mouth.
The late night drive through line was slow but worth the freshly made Krystals.
